A Grain of Salt

Food + Cooking

Collection of my everyday's cooking

Food has always been one of the ways I pay attention.

At home, cooking is slow and deliberate — working through a recipe until I understand it well enough to make it my own. Not every attempt is worth keeping, but the ones that are end up here.

Outside, it’s more instinctive. A bowl of noodles at a place with no English menu. A bakery someone mentioned offhand. A dish that surprises you in a city you’d never thought to visit. I don’t eat for documentation, but sometimes something is good enough that it feels worth holding onto.

This album is that collection — meals made with care, finds worth recommending, and bites gathered from wherever I happen to end up.
