Ingredients:

  • Fish fillet
  • Chicken stock
  • Garlic
  • Lime juice
  • Fish sauce
  • Sugar
  • (Optional) Chilli, sliced
  • (Optional) Coriander leaves

Steps:

  1. Saute garlic until fragrant
  2. Add chicken stock, chilli, fish sauce, lime juice, and sugar. Cook until boiling.
  3. Add fish fillet
  4. Serve with rice, top with coriander leaves

Final product - not the prettiest, but very tasty, quick, and nutritious!
