Recipe: tortilla jian bing
Ingredients:
- Tortilla
- Egg
- Hoisin sauce
- (Optional) Chilli oil
- (Optional) Green onions
Steps:
- Lightly beat an egg. Season with a pinch salt, and mix green onions in.
- Cook the egg - omelette style.
- Heat tortilla on a low heat. Add omelette on top (honestly, you can add anything you want on top of the egg, like crispy bacon, ham/spam, pan-fried tofu, roasted peanuts, etc).
- Brush lightly with hoisin sauce and chilli oil.
