Ingredients:

  • Tortilla
  • Egg
  • Hoisin sauce
  • (Optional) Chilli oil
  • (Optional) Green onions

Steps:

  1. Lightly beat an egg. Season with a pinch salt, and mix green onions in.
  2. Cook the egg - omelette style.
  3. Heat tortilla on a low heat. Add omelette on top (honestly, you can add anything you want on top of the egg, like crispy bacon, ham/spam, pan-fried tofu, roasted peanuts, etc).
  4. Brush lightly with hoisin sauce and chilli oil.
