Steps:

  1. Rub pork shoulder with BBQ rub
  2. Browning a bit in a dutch oven, be careful not to burn the sugar
  3. Add whisky
  4. Add chicken stock, and BBQ sauce
  5. Roast in 150 degrees oven for 3 hours or so (fat side up, lid closed)
  6. Roast for another 30 minutes or so with the lid opened
