Recipe: egg salad, tuna salad, and tuna melt
Ingredients:
- Eggs, hard boiled for 10 minutes. For tuna salad, swap eggs with canned tuna
- Celery, diced
- Red onion, diced
- Dill
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Kewpie mayo
- Dijon mustard
Steps:
- Crushed hard boil eggs (or swap with canned tuna)
- Add celery, red onion, dill, kewpie mayo, and dijon mustard. Mix everything.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste
- Serve with butter toast.
Variations:
- If you swap the eggs with canned tuna, it becomes tuna salad
- If you use tuna, and you add cheese to the toast, it becomes tuna melt
