Ingredients:

  • Eggs, hard boiled for 10 minutes. For tuna salad, swap eggs with canned tuna
  • Celery, diced
  • Red onion, diced
  • Dill
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Kewpie mayo
  • Dijon mustard

Steps:

  1. Crushed hard boil eggs (or swap with canned tuna)
  2. Add celery, red onion, dill, kewpie mayo, and dijon mustard. Mix everything.
  3. Season with salt and black pepper to taste
  4. Serve with butter toast.

Variations:

  1. If you swap the eggs with canned tuna, it becomes tuna salad
  2. If you use tuna, and you add cheese to the toast, it becomes tuna melt
