Recipe: french toast
Ingredients:
- Butter
- Brioche, thickly sliced
- Custard:
- Eggs
- Milk
- Cream
- Vanilla extract
- Sugar
- Ground cinnamon
- Ground nutmeg
Steps:
- Make the custard: mix eggs, sugar, milk, cream, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg.
- Soak brioche in the custard for a few minutes
- Toast with butter in a low to medium-low heat
