Ingredients:

  • Butter
  • Brioche, thickly sliced
  • Custard:
    • Eggs
    • Milk
    • Cream
    • Vanilla extract
    • Sugar
    • Ground cinnamon
    • Ground nutmeg

Steps:

  1. Make the custard: mix eggs, sugar, milk, cream, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg.
  2. Soak brioche in the custard for a few minutes
  3. Toast with butter in a low to medium-low heat
