Ingredients:

  • 1 kg of fresh fruits - I usually use strawberry, blueberry, blackberry, or raspberry
  • 80 grams of white sugar - or to taste
  • 1/2 of lemon - or to taste

Steps:

  1. Clean and cut fruits (halved or quartered)
  2. Macerate in sugar for at least an hour
  3. Simmer in a saucepan.
  4. While simmering, add lemon juice, mash the fruit with potato masher if needed. Stirring occasionally for 30 minutes or so. You can burn the jam, so be careful.
