Ingredients:

  • Canned tomatoes
  • (Optional) canned chickpeas
  • 4-5 eggs
  • Smoked paprika
  • Ground cumin
  • Onion, diced
  • Garlic, finely chopped
  • (Optional) feta cheese or olives
  • (Optional) coriander leaves

Steps:

  1. Saute diced onion
  2. Add garlic, saute
  3. Add smoked paprika and ground cumin, saute
  4. Add canned tomatoes and canned chickpeas. Add a bit of water and salt if needed.
  5. Make a few well, then add eggs. Closed the lid.
  6. Top with coriander leaves, feta cheese or olives. Serve!
