Recipe: shakshuka
Ingredients:
- Canned tomatoes
- (Optional) canned chickpeas
- 4-5 eggs
- Smoked paprika
- Ground cumin
- Onion, diced
- Garlic, finely chopped
- (Optional) feta cheese or olives
- (Optional) coriander leaves
Steps:
- Saute diced onion
- Add garlic, saute
- Add smoked paprika and ground cumin, saute
- Add canned tomatoes and canned chickpeas. Add a bit of water and salt if needed.
- Make a few well, then add eggs. Closed the lid.
- Top with coriander leaves, feta cheese or olives. Serve!
