Ingredients:

  • Canned tuna
  • Capers - replaceable with other acids (eg. lemon juice, vinegar, olives)
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Garlic, minced
  • Chilli flakes
  • Spaghetti

Steps:

  1. Cook spaghetti until al dente in salted water
  2. While spaghetti is cooking, in another pan, simmer olive oil in low heat
  3. To infuse the oil, add garlic, chili flakes, and capers with its juice
  4. Add cooked spaghetti with its clung water to the pan. Toss to combine and emulsify.
