Recipe: tuna and capers spaghetti
Ingredients:
- Canned tuna
- Capers - replaceable with other acids (eg. lemon juice, vinegar, olives)
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Garlic, minced
- Chilli flakes
- Spaghetti
Steps:
- Cook spaghetti until al dente in salted water
- While spaghetti is cooking, in another pan, simmer olive oil in low heat
- To infuse the oil, add garlic, chili flakes, and capers with its juice
- Add cooked spaghetti with its clung water to the pan. Toss to combine and emulsify.
