Ingredients:

  • Ground beef
  • Onion, diced
  • Garlic, pressed
  • Taco seasoning
  • Tomato paste
  • Chicken stock - about 450 ml for every 500 grams of beef
  • Canned tomatoes
  • Canned red kidney beans
  • Bay leaves
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • (Optional) fish sauce
  • (Optional) Chicken feet - will make the stock richer

Steps:

  1. In a dutch oven, brown the ground beef
  2. Add onion and garlic
  3. Add taco seasoning and tomato paste
  4. Add canned tomatoes and canned kidney beans
  5. Add chicken feet and chicken stock
  6. Add bay leaves
  7. Add worcestershire sauce and fish sauce
  8. Simmer in a low-medium heat for about 1.5 hours, with lid opened to reduce the liquid
