Recipe: corn avocado salad
Ingredients:
- 1 canned corn
- 2 avocados, diced
- 1-2 red onion, sliced
- Dill or cucumber pickles
- Jalapeno pickles - optional
- 1/2 lemon juice
- 150gr feta cheese, crumbled - or to taste
- Olive oil
- A pinch of salt
- Black pepper - optional, to taste
- A bit of sugar - optional, to taste
- Sour cream or greek yoghurt - optional, to taste
- Kewpie mayo - optional, to taste
Steps:
- Mix all ingredients in a salad bowl.
