  1. Add oil, and cook onion. Add salt to taste. Set aside on a plate.
  2. In the same pan, add chicken liver. Halfway through, add taco seasoning. Adjust the taste by adding salt.
  3. Cook the liver until it is slightly pink in the center (not bloody or look raw). Overcooked liver will taste bitter and dry. The internal temperature should be at least 70C for at least 2 minutes.
